HROA APAC Awards 2013 -BeTransformed

For nine years, the HROA Awards have been a highlight of the year and an aspiration for those in the HRO industry in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa. This year’s awards focus on those leaders, customer relationships, and technology innovations that drove real impact with measurable outcomes in 2012 with the theme:

Be Transformed – Recognizing Marked Achievements in the Advancement of HRO

All nominations are required to provide demonstrable evidence of how the nominee(s) garnered exceptional results through their efforts within their organizations and / or the HRO industry within the awards year. Nominations are open to all new contracts, relationships, and/or projects with start dates in 2012 as well as any existing contracts, relationships, and/or projects with start dates prior to 2012.  Self-nominations are welcomed.

Deadlines: 
Trustee, North America, and Asia Pacific submissions are due by March 1st 2013
Europe, Middle East & Africa submissions are due by July 31st 2013

Buyers Group

The Buyers Group Special Interest Group provides a bespoke opportunity to meet with peers and discuss specific topics to help in your day to day running of your outsourcing contract.  The group consists of companies that outsource multiple HR processes and Members are comprised of the heads of the HRO deal at each organization. The HROA Buyers Group provides a forum, void of providers or advisors, where members share and speak openly on their experiences and issues related to HR Outsourcing and transformation.

In order to foster the open nature of these conversations, all members are educated on anti-trust guidelines and do not discuss anything that is restricted by contract or not publicly available.

As with all other chapters the Asia Pacific Chapter holds regular Buyers Group Meetings. At least one is convened annually in addition to a meeting at HRO Today Forum APAC which the Association supports and is owned by its Management Company, SharedXpertise.  Members include AVIVA, BAML, Honeywell, Procter & Gamble, MBS, PepsiCo and Prudential.

HROA Asia Pacific produces a variety of strategic, highly interactive events delivered by globally recognized professionals and industry experts for executives, managers and practitioners in the HR transformation, shared services and process outsourcing communities. It also partners with other leading conference organizers around the world to ensure that its members have access to various forums of information and interest.
