RPO Alliance SIG
The RPO Alliance has been founded as Special Interest Group of the HROA and runs regional specific activities in each chapter. The RPO Alliance believes that Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a strategic business initiative, which improves a company’s ability to attract, acquire, and deploy talent by bringing specialized expertise, improved focus and proven best practices.
The RPO Alliance’s objective is to provide research, data, and tools to enable the community of providers, buyers, and other stakeholders, to make informed decisions related to the evaluation, purchase, implementation and management of recruitment process outsourcing.
Provide a forum for buyers and providers and advisors of RPO to address critical issues in the industry. Provide standard service definitions, benchmarking data, and access to peers to discuss approaches to buying and managing RPO engagements.
The RPO Alliance SIGs Vision is to:
- Be represented equally by providers, buyers and advisors to the industry
- Act as an educational outlet for prospective buyers looking to understand how RPO can generate value for their organization
- Promote forums for sharing of ideas and best practices through HROA and industry events
- Provide the most up to date benchmarking data for both buyers and providers
All HROA members are eligible to join the RPO Alliance as part of their standard membership. We invite RPO Alliance members to participate in shaping the industry by getting involved in the RPO Alliance SIG and workgroups.
